Optimist Club of Moncton provides grant to Sistema NB

The Optimist Club of Moncton has provided a generous grant of $10 thousand dollars over four years to Sistema NB. The money will be provided in four instalments over the next four years.

Sistema NB CEO Ken MacLeod was on hand to receive the first installment of the generous gift. The funds will be used for a variety of initiatives dedicated to supporting the program. This includes for operations of its 10 centres across New Brunswick, the purchase and maintenance of instruments and to assist with performance opportunities for students.

“We are so grateful to the Optimist Club of Moncton for their generosity,” says Ken MacLeod. “Their support of this program makes a difference in the lives of thousands of New Brunswick youth, today and for the future.”
